Triton Square almost Sold Out!

It’s pretty interesting looking back on the last 18 to 24 months.

I recall when Triton Square and Avery Point first hit the market. Sales were a little sluggish, but I knew it was going to take off.

With it’s great location, just south of Del Norte High School, in award-winning Poway School District, and a great builder– honestly, it was a no-brainer.

Now they just have a few furnished models left available for sale, and then they are finished.
