Theresa Whitty has been serving as the Client Care Manager for Shay Realtors for the past 7 years. She and her family have lived in the north county area for over 15 years so she is familiar with the unique characteristics of the various neighborhoods. Most importantly, she is committed to making sure that the clients buying and selling homes with Shay Realtors walk away with a positive experience. Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful transactions most people make. 

In her role as the Client Care Manager, Theresa works to ensure it is a smooth transaction with clear communication between all parties involved. She works closely with our sellers to be sure that their home is presented in a way that they will achieve their targeted sales goals - booking appointments for staging, photos, window cleaning - all that is needed to make it as stress free for the seller as possible. With her strong listening and organizational skills and her personable nature, she is a strong asset to the team. When Theresa is not helping one of the agents on the Shay team, she can usually be found walking her dog, Louie, or enjoying time on the beach with her family.
