The Conversation
I was not surprised when the seller of the home considering which real estate company to use asked me the following question, “Who will be talking to the agents?”
This is an outstanding question that I encourage any seller to ask their professional realtor. In some team or high performing agents, they will delegate the responsibility of negotiating the sale of the home.
I made it clear that at Shay Realtors™ this responsibility is NEVER delegated. Every home I sale, I personally speak to each and every agent who submits an offer. Sometimes, this takes quite some time because we can receive up to 10-12 offers on a home.
