Happy New Year, Boss!
I hope you and your family had a great holiday season! Guido and I had a 
wonderful time ringin’ in da new year in Times Square! It was a frigid night,
but we were surrounded by such an joy and enthusiasm that da cold really didn’t bother us.
We did decide to hightail it back home shortly after, however, to avoid da cold and snow of Bombogenesis! Yikes! We love diggin’ in da snow, but that’s a whole new level, Boss! HA!
Even though I have been gone, my sources have been hard at work to uncover da best scoops for yous guyz! On Friday, they reported some activity at da future site of da Rubicon Deli .
Apparently, da workers were breakin’ ground (literally) in da old site of Brett’s BBQ. Looks like they are looking to put in new plumbing. Hopefully, they will be havin’ a Grand Openin’ this Spring!

My satellites are reportin’ some unscrupulous activity in our 4S Ranch Community. My sources have uncovered that in da early mornin’ hours on Saturday, Jan. 6, some unsavory criminals broke into Los Primos, Laser Away, and Corepower Yoga.
After smashin’ through da glass doors, da vandals allegedly used a sledge hammer to break open da companies safes!
There’s no word yet on da police leads, but stay tuned for more information!
Do yous guyz know anyone lookin’ to enter da lottery for Design 39 Campus? Well you’re in luck! On Wed, January 17, 2018 from 9:30am to 11:30am and Thurs. Jan 18 from 9:30am to 11:30am there will be on campus tours to give yous guyz a chance to see da campus, observe daily activities, as well as learning about their 8 guidin’ principles. There will also be a question/answer period as well.
If you have a 6th-8th grader lookin’ to transfer in to D39, then there is a special tour on Thursday Jan 25 from 6pm-8pm designed just for that age group. Please be sure to review the boundary information HERE to confirm that your residence address is eligible for enrollment.
