In June 2021, San Diego home prices were up 24.9% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $800K. On average, homes in San Diego sell after 10 days on the market compared to 20 days last year. There were 1,759 homes sold in June this year, up from 1,280 last year.   They will continue to boost buying power and it is a sign of a strong economy and raise prices of homes for sale in 4S Ranch.
