Loan Officer | Retail Lending
At 19, I was one of the youngest people in the United States to pass the Series 7 Securities License Exam. I joined Bank of America Investments and by 30, obtained the title of Senior Vice President – a rare achievement at such a young age. After 13 straight years as a Presidents Club winner and building a practice that managed over 160 million dollars in client investment assets, I did something unheard of at the age of 39. At the top of my career I realized it was time to stop and smell the roses. I retired and spent the following years traveling all over Europe and the United States with my wife. We made new friends, ate great food and when not traveling I taught college students the importance of financial literacy.
With a lifelong passion for real estate, I started my second life journey as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Over the past seven years I have helped over 100 families and small business owners secure in excess of $100 million dollars in home financing and I’m humbled to play a small part in their dream of home ownership.
With more than 90% of buyers requiring home financing, getting a loan is an important step towards homeownership. We partnered with these lenders because they are hard working and ethical professionals. They support our clients, have excellent communication skills and do a great job closing loans on time.
