Mumm Napa Wine Dinner

Mumm Napa’s history began in 1979 when the french champagne house began looking for a location in the USA to make American bubbles. We can think of no finer way to start the new year than with the finest sparkling wines in the USA, at a Mumm Napa 5 Course Wine dinner.
1st Course
Scallop Spiedini
– Jumbo Scallops Grilled and drizzled with a garlic CAVA reduction sauce.
Paired with a Campo Viejo Brut Reserva.
2nd Course
Citrus Salad
– Romaine lettuce topped with fresh oranges asparagus and red onions finish with a Rose Vinaigrette.
Paired with MUMM Napa Rose.
3rd Course
Organic Chicken Tenders
– Fresh couscous with carrots and peas topped with chicken strips caramelized in a Perrier Demi – glaze.
Paired with Perrier-Jouet.
4th Course
Organic Duck Breast
Roasted to a golden brown finish and topped with a Pear Puree sauce
served with Purple mashed potatoes.
Paired with G.H. MUMM.
Dessert
Selva Nera
– Black Forest sponge cake filled with Chantilly cream and Amarena cherries.
