As a first time home buyer, I found Ray to be immensely helpful and patient throughout each stage of the home buying process. From the time we visited our first home, he sought to personally relate to what I was looking for in order to provide guidance and narrow down the options. At each potential home visit, he was able to combine my personal needs with his vast experience so that I had a complete understanding of what that home/community had to offer. Ray's friendly demeanor and "no rush" approach gave me confidence that we would find the right place despite the hectic market at the time of purchase. When offers were made, he kept me updated on the progress and remained available for discussions at all times of the day. Upon reaching an agreement to purchase my home, he provided assistance with his resources and knowledge that allowed me to better comprehend the entirely unfamiliar escrow process. Additionally, Ray has surrounded himself with equally helpful team and network that offered support in a timely manner.

We can heartily recommend Ray and his team. From our first meeting he listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions on how to best sell our house. There were a few bumps along the way but Ray's response was always "I'll take care of it" and he promptly did. The house sold within 4 days and we are very happy with the results
